Our factory trained and certified Service Department is led by Ed Maier who has over 26 years of Saab experience with Parkfield Saab and oversees a staff of technicians that on average have 15 years of diagnostic, maintenance, and repair experience on Saab products of all types! We are staffed with the most qualified technicians ready to answer your questions and address your service needs. Our Parts Department carries only the best quality Saab parts and accessories. Dave McDonald leads our Parts Department that works with not just our Service department customers, but our retail customers as well. We supply body shops and independent mechanics alike with original manufacturer’s parts to keep all Saabs up to specifications.

Our Sales Department knows Saab inside and out. Chris Bultman is our General Sales Manager and works alongside a team of Customer Service Index leading professionals. Our sales consultants handle each transaction from the initial contact straight through to the dedicated delivery process and beyond if necessary.
